Dan Durst is an experienced baseball scout with strong player evaluation and interpersonal skills.
Coach Durst grew up in Wisconsin and was First Round Draft Pick by the Cincinnati Reds as a pitcher in 1981. He went the college route and played baseball for the University of Missouri Tigers from 1981-83. Dan was also the pitching coach for the University of Wisconsin @ Madison from 1985-86.
Dan Durst has been a professional and amateur scout for over 20 years, ranging from the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburg Pirates, Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, and currently the Midwest Area Scout for the Baltimore Orioles.

Matt then played college baseball for the Kishwaukee College Kougars where he was a starting mid-infielder both years. He was in the top of most offensive categories while at Kish and was named to the All Region IV Team because of it.
Matt was again drafted by the Chicago White Sox after his freshman year at Kishwaukee in 2002.
Matt then transferred to the University of Dayton, where again he was a starting mid-infielder and one of their leaders at the plate.
Coach Sib has also coached at the High School level as a Varsity Asst. at Marian Central Catholic HS under former Head Coach Gregg Wikierak, and was a part of their championship team in 2005 that went 30-8 and made a trip down state which made them one of the Elite Eight teams in the state.
Matt Sibigtroth specializes in hitting, fielding, and pitching while running camps at PCA, doing individual private lessons, and working with travel teams in the off season.

Phil Pupillo graduated from East Leyden High School and signed with Oklahoma State University to play Division 1 football. After graduation, Phil coached little league at Crystal Lake National for 6 years. While being head coach, they won the local city series championship.
He has held many coaching positions since then coaching the Crystal Lake Cyclones 13 year olds, the Sage Sting 14 year olds, and the McHenry County Hurricanes 16 and 17 year olds.
He is also a College Umpire.

Coach Belo is the current Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Palatine HS. Coach Belo is a product of the Mid-Suburban League, having prepped as an All-Conference athlete at Hoffman Estates High School in 1985, and a member of the school’s first ever Elite Eight Qualifier. As an accredited coach and clinician Paul Belo’s efforts have been recognized on the local and national level. Under coach Belo 14 players have signed to play at the Division I level, 4 have signed to play professionally. In all, 44 of Paul’s players have advanced their career at the collegiate level.
For his efforts in the Spring of 2000, the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association awarded him “Area Coach of the Year.”
A Graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 1990, Coach Belo was a member of two record-breaking teams in 1988 and 1989 respectively.
Currently coach Belo holds a Masters Degrees in Educational Administration from Roosevelt University and Curriculum and Instruction from Olivet Nazerene University.

Angie Wrzos has over 20 years years of fastpitch softball experience being coached by some of the best players in the world. Lisa Fernadez (USA Olympic Pitcher), Ernie Parker (Lisa Fernadez’s pitching coach), Margie Wright (USA Olympic Team coach) are just a few that Angie has learned from.
Coach Wrzos was a 4 year Varsity starter in high school, played on National Level travel teams, and was also a Division I NCAA college scholarship athlete. After her playing days she was the Head Coach at Harper College, coached ASA national level and college exposure travel teams.
Angie has a passion for the game and ultimately loves to help each athlete develop into a better all-around ball player. Her success as a private instructor come from her understanding that each athlete is unique with different skill sets and goals, and that is essential for her students to have fun while challenging them appropriately.

Gregg Sibigtroth has been coaching at the Travel and High School level for the last 17 years. When he began coaching at the travel level, his teams were always successful, winning many National Championships. Many of his players have gone on to play at the college and pro levels.
Gregg was also the Varsity Asst. at Hampshire for 3 years (1999-2001), and was the a large reason they were Conference Champions in 1999 with a 25 win season. It was the first Conference Championship for Hampshire HS since 1981.
Gregg Sibigtroth has been a Crystal Lake Bombers coach for many years, before taking over as Head of Baseball Operations for the Bombers in 2012.
He was the original owner of Grand Slam USA in Lake in the Hills from 1994-2004. In 2005, he opened up Player’s Choice Academy with his son, Matt Sibigtroth.
Coach Sibigtroth knows what it takes for the players to excel at the next level, and expects his players to hustle at all times and treat the game with respect.
Gregg instructs all aspects of the game while doing private individual lessons and running camps.
He is also the 2019 Head Coach for the 13u Crystal Lake Bombers Travel Baseball Team, as well as the Head of Baseball Operations for the Crystal Lake Bombers Travel Baseball Organization.
Coach Fijalkowski has learned from some of the best in the game including Jim Morris (former Team USA pitching coach), Mo Drabowski (former MLB Pitching Coach), and Jim Fannin (one of the leading Professional Sports Psycholigists), just to name a few.
Coach Fijalkowski graduated from West Chicago HS as an All Area Pitcher, Area MVP, and DuPage County ERA and strikout leader. He then played at College of DuPage where he was an All Conference player. After COD he transferred to Leo University in Florida and played in two DII College World Series.
Ted teaches pitching and hitting and is available for private lessons, as well as small group training.
